A Triathlon is an event that involves swimming, biking and the running. You will have to practise to get fit and ready for the events swimming, biking and running. You could ask your coach to help you to keep healthy and fit. The rules for a Triathlon is to not ride your bike in the Transition, not to cheat and if you do you have a penalty that means you have to wait for 10 seconds while everyone else moves on. The most important rule is to not push another person off their bike and don’t rush. I hope that some people would keep fit and healthy.
